Students “86 Hours” :: Ocoee, TN

The Student Ministry at Canaan encourages teenagers to make a mark--a lasting impression for Christ in their hearts and on their world. Through friendships, worship, Bible study, prayer, service and just hanging out, Canaan is a place to build strong connections to other students and to God. And it's a place where you can put your faith into action every day. Middle and high school students (grades 7-12) meet weekly at Canaan Baptist for Sunday school, Worship, The Edge and The Core. There are also opportunities to participate in camps, retreats and other exciting events throughout the year.

The Edge
Join Us on Wednesday nights for: THE EDGE- an awesome time of praise and worship as well as a relevant message from God's word.

The Edge starts at 6:30 each Wednesday in the Solid Rock Student Facility.   A.K.A (The Garage)

Also for the edge I will be answering your questions live on each Wednesday night. Do you have questions about the Bible that you need answers for. Or what about questions of what to do in life's outrageous situations? If so then e-mail me at Livefromtheedge@hotmail.com. All questions are guaranteed to be kept confidential. No questions will be read unless permission is given from the person who is asking. Even then, we won't tell who the author is.

The Core

Join us on Sunday nights for the CORE. The Core is our new discipleship training class that seeks to meet students where they are in their lives. If your looking for a place to find solid biblical teaching without all that fluffy stuff and your ready to dive into God's word and grow then you wont want to miss The CORE. The CORE meets each Sunday at 5:00 in our Solid Rock Student Facility
